Apartment Three is a first floor apartment that sleeps a maximum of 5 people. The sitting room has stunning sea views and there are 3 separate bedrooms, ideal for 3+ adults & children sharing.

A large room overlooking the beach, with appropriate furniture and colour tv/video. Open natural stone fireplace which tenants may use if they wish, but only with prior notice so that fire guards, fire irons etc. can be supplied. Dining table with seating for 5.

Well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1
Double bed (5ft / King size), fitted wardrobe, appropriate bedroom furniture and wash basin.

Bedroom 2
One bunk bed, fitted wardrobe/shelves, sea view.

Bathroom
fully tiled with bath/shower, wash basin, heated towel rail. WC in separate room

Single 3' bed, fitted wardrobe, appropriate bedroom furniture, sea view

Extras
Gas boiler providing central heating/hot water. There is an airing cupboard with shelving next to the bathroom. At the rear of the property there is a paved area with rotary clothes lines. The apartment is well equipped and has had a 4 star ETC rating. The bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and mattress covers.
