Overview
Apartment Four is a first floor apartment that sleeps maximum of 5 people. This is the smallest of the four apartments, but has stunning sea views from the sitting room and bedroom 2.

Sitting/Dining Room
A large room overlooking the beach, with appropriate furniture and colour tv/video. Open natural stone fireplace which tenants may use if they wish, but only with prior notice so that fire guards, fire irons etc. can be supplied. Dining table with seating for 5.

Kitchen
Well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker
/ceramic hob, small fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1
Double bed, (4'-6") fitted wardrobe/shelves, 2 chests of drawers and wash basin

Bedroom 2
Bunk bed and single bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom
Fully tiled with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail

Extras
Gas boiler providing central heating/hot water. Fitted carpets throughout except kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is well equipped and has had a 3 star ETC rating. The bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and mattress covers. There is a paved area at the rear which has rotary drying lines
